Diffusion Pump (KT series)
Diffusion pump of KT series is the major equipment for obtaining the high vacuum degree (10-2-10-5Pa). It can consist to the vacuum pumping system with the valves, water-cooling baffle, pipes and mechanical vacuum pump, and can achieve the working vacuum degree for 10-2-10-4Pa.
The features of the pump are: high pumping speed and low oil back. It is widely used in the industries such as vacuum metallizing, vacuum stove, electron, chemical, aviation, metallurgy and pharmacy.
